Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will be responsible for the cleanliness of all bar lounges, service bars and equipment within the beverage operations and cleans that goes beyond the normal daily cleaning operations. In charge of overnight stocking and deep cleaning beverage areas. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.
Primary Tasks:
Clean and disinfect bars & equipment including sinks, drains, coolers, ice machines, storage, guns, counters, floors, and trash cans. Move equipment to sweep, mop, and scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners. Clean service bars, including drains, walls, counters, guns, ice bins, speed racks, ice machines, sinks and reach in coolers. Follow schedule set by management each day and work within the parameters of the schedule, completing work as a team or in some cases alone. Maintain the Departmental Shift log(s) and note any unfinished assignments, incidents, equipment failures, safety issues. Perform all tasks following company team member handbook, goals of the Tribe, internal policies, procedures, controls, and applicable laws including the state-tribal compact, IGRA, MICS, OM TICS, and the Bank Secrecy Act. Maintain compliance with Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma requirements for cleanliness, and proper storage of all chemicals and cleaning equipment. Help with major breakdown and re-assembly of bar's stock and setup. Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to supervisor. Perform other tasks as may be assignedJob Requirements:
