**Profile:**
Reports To: Director, Golf
Equipment: Uniform
**Primary Purpose:**
The primary purpose of the Beverage Cart Attendant is to ensure that guests have an excellent experience as it relates to their meals, beverages and interactions.
**Work Performed:**
The Beverage Cart Attendant will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
+ Present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and beverageitems;
+ Take food and beverage orders,Relay orders to kitchen,and serveordersto guestsin a timelymanner;
+ Monitortables ensuring all patrons are servedin accordance with establishedprotocols;
+ Clear and clean tablesasneeded;
+ Compute bill and accepts payment, includingtrackingsalesreceipts;
+ Ensure tips are reported properly for taxprocessing;
+ Maintain wait station by keeping area tidy and stocks glasses,silverwareand other related supplies;and
+ Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
**Qualifications:**
**Required** **Prior Experience:**
Prior customer service experience
**Preferred Prior Experience:**
Prior cash handling experience
**Required Education:**
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
**Required Licenses/ Certification:**
Food Safety Training certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment.
Alcohol Awareness certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment
**Preferred Technology:**
Previous experience with Micros operating system
**Physical:**
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally and a minimum of 15lbs regularly
Able to bend and squat repeatedly
Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
**Other:**
Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
