Delaware North Gaming is searching for an energetic, full-time and part-time Cocktail Servers to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Cocktail Server, you will help enhance the guest experience by providing excellent service and care in every interaction.

Pay

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

$10.00 - $10.00 / hour

Responsibilities Greets guests on gaming floor and beverage outletsCommunicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage ordersServes alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresEnters drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver to guestsPicks up drinks orders when ready and delivers orders to guestsPrepares and delivers check to guestsQualifications Must be at least 21 years of ageAbility to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPossess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand nameNo diploma requiredMust have a minimum of 2 years' front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurantPhysical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motionsAbility to maneuver between tables and around cornersAbility to lift, balance and carry trays, weighing up to 35 lbsShift Details
