THE JOB:
As the Beverage Fulfillment Coordinator, the individuals are responsible for the daily transfer order functions. This position will ensure timely processing and shipment of internal restaurant beverage orders. The Fulfillment Coordinator will plan, schedules, and monitors the flow of orders based on priority via the Central Wine room and restaurant wine storerooms. This position will be responsible for maintaining stock levels of all restaurant wines and high-end liquor, manage system transfer orders, external supplier purchase orders and ensure accurate records in the stock room. The Beverage Fulfillment Coordinator will collaborate daily with the Beverage team and restaurants located at the property.
THE STARTING RATE: $18.34
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Ensure restaurant wine storeroom and central wine room levels are properly managed
Process all external purchase orders and internal transfers for wine fulfillment and high-end liquor and any additional data entry related to the central wine room/restaurant storerooms to ensure system accuracy
Monitor stock levels in the Procurement system and ensure accurate records on a daily basis
Resolve any beverage and/or restaurant stock issues
Run monthly reports and collaborate daily with the Beverage/Restaurant teams on usage, open orders, slow-moving stock, etc
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the central wine room including labeling of items
Assist with monthly wine room and restaurant storeroom inventories in collaboration with the Supply Chain COE and restaurant
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ Years of prior relevant experience
Experience in storerooms and fulfillment centers
Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier
Knowledge in Procurement systems, i.e. Oracle, or similar ordering platforms
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education
Ability to work varied shifts, including day shift and swing shift, weekends and holidays
