Beverage Manager

Job Description Summary

Responsible for the administration of all Beverage Team Members to insure proper and efficient beverage service to all guests.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

Interviews, hires, trains and orients new Team Members for department. Evaluates and oversees job performance. Conducts group and individual training as to policy, equipment and area set up. Sets schedules and job duties while maintaining Team Member hours for proper staffing. Responsible for labor/beverage cost. Orders supplies and maintains pars for stock inventory control. Understands and follows all policy dictated by the administration; suggests and initiates necessary changes and improvements. Coordinates departmental functions with those of other departments and agencies. Acts in relation to Team Members, customers, and/or the general public in manner consistent with the best interest of the department. Knowledge of safety procedures, ensure Team Member safety. Responsible for the compliance of all state liquor laws for department. Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients. Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
