As the Beverage Manager you will lead the bars operations, delivering an unparalleled guest experience through exceptional service, an innovative beverage program, and a refined ambiance. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

Oversee daily bars operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury standards.Develop and maintain an inspiring beverage menu featuring craft cocktails, premium spirits, fine wines, and other signature offerings.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of bars supplies and beverages.Maximize profitability through cost control, waste reduction, and creative revenue-driving initiatives.

2. Guest Experience:

Cultivate a sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotel's luxury ethos.Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address feedback, and enhance their experience.Lead staff in delivering personalized and memorable service to exceed guest expectations.

3. Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor a professional and passionate bars team, fostering growth and retention.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and inspire excellence.Manage team schedules, performance reviews, and conflict resolution in line with hotel policies.
