General Summary
Serves beverages to guests in the casino, bars, lounges or restaurants in an efficient and timely manner. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the highest level of guest service while observing responsible beverage service. Takes orders, serves drinks and assists guests with menu options in a friendly and professional manner. Provide requested beverage cocktail and deliver cordially to guests within assigned area. Maintain stocked supplies and cleanliness of assigned beverage server outlet. Accurately follows all cash handling and Micros POS procedures. Requests identification from guests when legal age is questioned. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
