ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ability to deliver drinks to customers in professional manner Must be well organized Be able to read and check a customer’s identification to confirm that the customer is of drinking age Receive money and / or credit cards and be able to use a credit card machine and cash register Help keep the bar well stocked by maintaining liquor and glasses at the bar Ability to refuse to serve customers that may have had too much to drink Keeping records of tabs so at the end of the shift you know how much a customer has had and what is to be paid Maintains the bar area to keep it clean Must be able to wear required uniforms
