All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
Education And/Or ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere. Must be able to work with the public and present a clean, courteous image.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust possess and be able to maintain a current Health Card, Liquor License, or other required certifications as required by geographical area of the property.
Language SkillsMust be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, and using whole numbers. Ability to operate using units of American money and weight measurement.
Computer SkillsPoint-of-sale system knowledge.
Reasoning AbilityRemembering details, using arithmetic, reading, discriminating colors, working rapidly, concentrating amid distractions, and remembering names and faces.
Physical DemandsStanding, walking, sitting, reaching, bending/stooping, balancing, kneeling, carrying, observing, lifting 25 lbs, hearing and observing.
