Job Summary
· Assist in scheduling, training, and counseling of bar staff.
· Directly managing bar staff while having direct interaction with customers.
· Maintain and control high volume beverage operation, including but not limited to spirits, beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages.
· Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures.
· Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and beverage quality.
· Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.
· Conduct physical audit of inventory and product. Research and perform reconciliations.
· Assist in creating cocktail recipes.
· Ensure quality control of all drinks (fresh garnish, fresh juice, proper pouring, and proper glassware).
· Must be well-organized and have excellent attention to detail.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word).
· Assist in creating seasonal cocktails recipes.
· Create an uplifting experience for all guests.
· Managing guests and conflict resolution. Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
