**Filling Technician (Pharma)** **Location:** Tamarac, Florida **Shifts** : 1st (6 am - 2:30 pm) 2nd (2 pm - 10:30 pm) 3rd (10 pm - 6:30 am) **Pay:** Level 1: $22-25/hr Level 2: $26-28/hr (+$0.60 shift diff) Level 3: $40-42/hr (+$1 shift diff) **Job Description:** Operate Blow Fill Seal (BFS) machines in a sterile manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include machine setup/teardown, basic adjustments, monitoring production quality, maintaining cleanliness, following safety guidelines, and recording production data. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate BFS machines under supervision. + Set up and tear down machines per schedule. + Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting. + Monitor and inspect production output. + Maintain a clean work area. + Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and GMPs. + Record accurate production data. + Communicate issues to supervisors. + Participate in training and development. **Essential Skills:** + Experience with filling machines and aseptic environments. + Previous injection mold and sterile work experience. + Understanding of GMP standards and machine setup. + Experience with BFS technology. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 2+ years in a sterile filling manufacturing environment. + Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment. + Willingness to learn and follow directions. + Strong attention to detail and quality. **Why Work Here?** Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), relocation assistance up to $3,000, 12 weeks of paid corporate housing, and the opportunity to help shape a new facility.
