The **Boeing Global Services** (BGS) **Global Technical Operations** (GTO) organization is looking for an Operations Program Analyst to join the team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, the successful candidate will lead Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) workflow mapping exercises both to define the current, as-is set of processes used across the value stream and to support continuous process improvement efforts to align processes with best-in-class MRO models. This role will act as a focal point for coordinating workflow mapping workshop and follow-on activities, working across functions to gather input and support for workshop efforts, and communicating workshop and overall workflow mapping project status. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated workflow mapping requirements and deliverables + Maintain micro/macro schedules to ensure adequate workflow mapping deliverables are met + Manage workflow mapping workshop activities and continuous improvement projects, coordinating across functions including Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain + Collaborate with Lean and other Workflow Mapping teammates to document, analyze, and optimize MRO workflows, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency + Support business partners to define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of process change initiatives, driving continuous improvement + Compare actual results to baseline plans to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned + Engage with end-users daily, building trust and preparing the ground for deployment and adoption of new MRO processes + Provide regular project status updates to the site leadership team **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at** ( _San Antonio, Texas)_ **.** **This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.** **An interim and/or final US Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)** : + Understanding of Lean principles and experience with process optimization methodologies + Understanding and knowledge of MRO functional business partners + Proficient in Microsoft VISIO creating detailed process maps, flowcharts, and organizational diagrams to effectively visualize complex information and to support decision making + Strong technical writing skills with experience developing clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation and procedures + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Prior experience with MRO processes + Experience working in an Agile team environment with ADO boards and/or similar digital project management/communication tools + Prior experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously + Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement + Demonstrates high degree of self-direction, time management, and initiative **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
