Role description:

The Business Intelligence Specialist is responsible in creating and maintaining Operational and Financial Dashboards and Analysis using different BI Tools and will provide the management and Leads with relevant, accurate and timely reports regarding global products that can be used for budgeting, forecasting, managing risks, and making strategic decisions.

Role accountabilities:

Effectively gather requirements and communicate to stakeholders on Dashboard development. Maintain & create dashboard for reporting purposes using different BI Tools such as Power BI, SQL and Oracle Analytics Cloud Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) of data from various sources such as vendors or applications that are used for global reporting. Responsible for the detailed consultation and implementation of the required data analytics solution Understand internal clients’ needs and propose appropriate analytical solutions. Serve as a technical liaison effectively working with data to meet specific internal client objectives. Work closely with controllers to carry out report development necessary for financial analysis. Making recommendations on processes and procedures based on the findings of data analysis to Tech leaders Works to create documentation of reports and dashboards in accordance with company standards. Develop and maintain a detailed Project Plan to monitor and track progress based on project scope and project schedules Performing research and implementing improved methods of data collection and analysis Compiling reports and delivering presentations to Tech management on key insights regarding global products Performs such other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience:

At least 5 years solid experience in Data Analytics & Reporting including Data Modelling and Data Visualization Proficient with MS Office Suite and Business Intelligence Tools such as Mastery in MS Excel, MS Power BI, Power Apps, Oracle Analytics Cloud etc. Knowledgeable / understanding in financial analysis (Minimum 3 years of financial/ accounting experience). With depth understanding of Tech/Information Technology solutions Ability to communicate analysis with clarity and precision. An ideal candidate would have a strong grasp of both technical and financial perspectives. Preferably with experience of this role and project management. Excellent in communication skills (verbal & written) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Can work under pressure and minimal supervision, detail-oriented and results driven. Ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent client management skills
