Our client, a government entity, is seeking a Customer Service Outreach Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Outreach, you will be part of the Outreach Department supporting all their existing clients. The ideal candidate will have Customer Service experience, strong organizational skills and high attention to details which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Outreach** **Location: Bronx, NYC** **Pay Range:** $17.00 **-** $17.25 per hour **What's Needed?** + Bilingual in Spanish and English. + Must have own equipment: computer (laptop, desktop) MAC Laptop and Workbooks are not allowed + Must have access to the internet via their internet service provider by purchasing or maintain a service that provides a minimum internet speed download requirement of 25 Mbps for a single user, download of 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity, and 5 Mbps upload speed required; 10 Mbps preferred. + High School Diploma or equivalent + Experience making presentations to groups and excellent interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. **What's in it for me?** + Full time hours 8:30am- 5:00pm Mon-Fri + Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community. + Gain valuable experience in public health and human services. + Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment. + Potential for temp-to-perm employment based on performance. + Flexible work arrangements as determined by project management.
