\nThe purpose of the Product Performance and Quality (PPQ) team is to ensure a secure customer experience by providing reliable products.
\nAs a Business Intelligence Analyst in the Quality Engineering/PPQ team, reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:
\n\nEnsure data/tools quality and demonstrate a strong understanding of our data sources.\nCollaborate with PPQ coordinators and affiliated departments to gather and understand their needs, and to translate this into actionable data and recommendations.\nWork closely with data scientists to integrate advanced analytics, AI and LMs into business processes. \nEnsure that data science projects align with business needs and contribute to actionable insights.\nDemonstrate creativity in modelling a wide variety of vehicle behaviours.\nCreate and update business intelligence reports.\nIdentify analytical opportunities/solutions to integrate into the service for broader visibility and increased speed in long-term sustainability.\nEnsure the smooth running of existing tools, then coach and train team members to ensure the appropriate level of knowledge and expertise.\nValidate the content and integrity of data by applying and developing unit tests.\nAssist team members in extracting and handling data provided by our vehicle diagnostic system.\n\nYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
\n\nPossess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Intelligence (BI), Statistics, or Information Technology.\nStrong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a synthesizing mindset.\nComputer skills (Office Suite, Salesforce, SAP and Google Suite).\nFamiliarity with SQL and VBA (JS, C# and Python would be an asset).\nExperience with analysis and visualization tools (such as Tableau and Power BI) to create actionable business insights and reports.\nUnderstanding data warehousing and transformation processes.\nTeamwork, client relationships.\nStrong communication skills.\nLeadership.\n\nACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY
