In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data visualizations and reports, while integrating data workflows to support informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analytics, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the drive to continuously learn and grow within the field. **Position Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI. + Create automated workflows and data integration processes with Power Automate. + Develop forms for data collection using Microsoft Forms. + Design interactive dashboards and visualizations with AVEVA PI Vision. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards. + Integrate data from multiple sources, including PI Server, SCADA systems, and other data historians. + Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information. + Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights, and communicate findings through reports and presentations. + Provide training and support on the use of BI tools and visualizations. + Stay current with the latest BI tools, technologies, and best practices. + Troubleshoot issues with BI tools, reports, and data workflows. + Automate communication and reporting processes using Power Automate and Outlook. + Maintain high availability and reliability of data visualization tools. **Position Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. + 2-3 years of experience in a BI, data integration, or similar role. + Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, AVEVA PI Vision, and PI Server. + Familiarity with C++ or Python is a plus. + Experience with data integration, management, and reporting tools. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial data sources is a plus. + Certification in AVEVA PI System or related technologies is advantageous. + Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. + Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required. + Relocation assistance is available if qualifications are met.
