This is a salaried, exempt-level position.
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BI and Data Integration Specialist to join our team in Decatur, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data visualizations and reports, while integrating data workflows to support informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analytics, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the drive to continuously learn and grow within the field.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI.
+ Create automated workflows and data integration processes with Power Automate.
+ Develop forms for data collection using Microsoft Forms.
+ Design interactive dashboards and visualizations with AVEVA PI Vision.
+ Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards.
+ Integrate data from multiple sources, including PI Server, SCADA systems, and other data historians.
+ Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
+ Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights, and communicate findings through reports and presentations.
+ Provide training and support on the use of BI tools and visualizations.
+ Stay current with the latest BI tools, technologies, and best practices.
+ Troubleshoot issues with BI tools, reports, and data workflows.
+ Automate communication and reporting processes using Power Automate and Outlook.
+ Maintain high availability and reliability of data visualization tools.
**Position Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
+ 2-3 years of experience in a BI, data integration, or similar role.
+ Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, AVEVA PI Vision, and PI Server.
+ Familiarity with C++ or Python is a plus.
+ Experience with data integration, management, and reporting tools.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial data sources is a plus.
+ Certification in AVEVA PI System or related technologies is advantageous.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
+ Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

**Salaried Incentive Plan:**
