Insight Global is looking for a Sr. BI Developer for one of our oil and gas customers in Houston, TX. This person needs to have extensive experience with Power Platform as they work primarily with databases and different types of software. This job involves developing and fine tuning IT solutions. That can include anything from coding, to testing, debugging and designing, all the way to implementing newly developed tools. This person will spend a lot of time researching and planning solutions for existing problems within the company. They will also be responsible for building OLAP, or online analytical processing. In addition, they will also work with databases, both relational and multidimensional. Lastly, they will be creating tables and writing reports on their findings, and they will often have to simplify highly technical language for others in the company. This position will pay between 50-60/hr.
