We are seeking a BI Developer to work with a high-performance team and help with the delivery of Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI) projects. You will be at the center of the team efforts to help improve the Powersports Group’s efficiency and generate value for the business.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the Business Analyst to have a clear understanding of the data and business rules of the existing or future state solution
Develop data model using MS Power BI while leveraging best practices (Star Schema, Naming Conventions, Facts, and Dimensions)
Work in coordination with the Data Visualization Specialist to perform data binding exercise ensuring the visuals are connected to the right fields
Design and execute the User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure product quality as well as data accuracy
Work in coordination with the business units and the analytics team in an agile way to deliver on identified initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Highly proficient in MS Power BI
Passion for data analytics
Good knowledge of SQL coding
Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization
Knowledge of DAX Studio (Recommended)
Knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipeline and Tabular Editor (Optional)
Highly motivated to work in an open team environment, employing a collaborative, continuous improvement, and innovation mindset

STAND OUT WITH
