You Are:
The BI Developer is an expert in data mining, data analysis and data visualization. They will work on understanding and manipulating the data available through the different methods of connecting the Data Platform in order to generate information that is valuable and useful to the different business areas of the organization. They must work following industry standards for data governance, they will understand data lineage, data mining and data documentation, every analysis, study or visualization created must be standardized and documented using enterprise tools. This person will work with end users at all levels, operational and executive, gathering business needs and designing data solutions.
The opportunity:
· Creation of reporters in PowerBI.
· Power Query and DAX.
· Design and presentation of analytical results.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
· At least 3 years of experience working in BI roles.
· Proven experience in: Query generation and optimization and SQL database management such as MSSQL or Oracle.
· English level at least B2
· Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork and proactivity.
· Pyspark
· - Knowledge of agile methodologies
· Desired Skills:
- Experience in: Google ETL tools.
- Experience using Dataiku.
- Agile methodologies.
- R, Java.
- Desirable knowledge in digital commerce.
- Knowledge in: Big Query
- Tableau, Looker, View, or similar.
- Dashboard design (UX/UI focused on BI)
