Description We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities + Develop, optimize, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. + Build and manage ETL pipelines to transform and integrate data from multiple sources. + Design and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting structures to ensure scalability and performance. + Collaborate with business leaders to define key KPIs and deliver data-driven insights. + Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and data analysis. + Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards. + Continuously improve BI solutions by integrating AI, ML, and automation where applicable. Requirements Qualifications + 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar role. + Proficiency in SQL and database management (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). + Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik. + Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data visualization best practices. + Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). + Knowledge of big data technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks). + Familiarity with predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning techniques.
