Bi-lingual Call Center Representative (Spanish speaking preferred)

Hourly pay rate: $20.00

 

Expectations:

Bi-lingual call center representative to enhance our customer experience. Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional service. Handle multiple responsibilities and have a customer focused mind set. Must be available to work flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings. Go above and beyond advocating for every customer concern and request. Proactively resolve escalated customer issues. Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment. Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone. Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team. Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

 

Qualifications:

Bi-lingual; Spanish speaking representative preferred. Previous customer service experience in a retail setting preferred. Proficient computer skills and able to learn proprietary P.O.S. program. Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes one day on the weekend.

Additional Information:

Office operates 7 days a week, from 8:00am to 6:00pm Flexible schedule needed. Full time applicants must have the ability to work 40 hours per week
