DOE  Full-time, direct hire Full benefits Responsibilities: + Customer service Greet customers and visitors, direct them to the right person, and take payments   + Clerical tasks Answer phones, file paperwork, schedule appointments, and perform other clerical duties   + Accounting-related duties Data Entry, Process payments, post payments to accounting software, and assist with accounting tasks like accounts payable and accounts receivable and general ledger entries   + Other duties Maintain lobby displays, ensure a secure lobby, type reports and correspondence, assist with other departments and work areas as needed, and provide department workflow support  Qualifications/Requirements: High school degree, Associates preferred or s pecialized training: Bookkeeping courses. 3+ years of receptionist and accounting/bookkeeping experience.
