Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst III. Essential Duties: * Create and manage success metrics and leading indicators that provide a holistic understanding of performance of key M&C initiatives * The BI Reporting Analyst will develop and maintain data pipelines, data collection processes, and dashboards for operational reporting and exploratory analysis, and provide training to empower stakeholders to self-serve for Intuit brand health and reputation KPIs, internal/external communications * Prepare and present reports and dashboards that measure performance for internal employees and external communications (social media, earned media) * Measure the impact of marketing activities using advanced analytical approaches to help inform strategies, plans, and tactics on an on-going basis * Establish and promote best practices for reporting strategies, data visualization, data interpretation and data integrity * Communicate and influence across all levels of the organization * Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise way to non-technical audiences, both in oral and written presentations * Identify opportunities for developing new data sources, and provide technical leadership around making those data sources high-quality and broadly available * The BI Reporting Analyst will pursue data quality, troubleshoot data anomalies, validate data accuracy, and drive issues to resolution * Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across different teams and businesses on cross-functional projects or analytics capabilities
