Kforce has a client in Jersey City, NJ that is seeking a BI Tableau Developer. Responsibilities: * The BI Tableau Developer will develop BI reports and dashboards for resiliency management and compliance * Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to onboard and model data * Provide actionable insights for both business and technical teams * First hire for the reporting team, and the individual will work closely with the hiring manager * Supporting business and technical decision-making through BI reporting * Stays abreast of cutting edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business * The BI Tableau Developer may give speeches and outside the firm, writes articles * May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks
