Bid Coordinator

Responsible for supporting Account Managers by organizing construction bids, managing proposals, and utilizing CRM tools to track opportunities. Hybrid position requiring technical knowledge and organizational expertise.

Job Responsibilities Gather construction bids from contractors for HVAC equipment Package and organize bids for submission File and maintain proposals in company systems Enter, monitor, and manage Opportunities within Vantive CRM Receive customer requests and link them to CRM Opportunities Run Bid Reports and follow-up reports using Actuate Forward proposals to the appropriate list of bidders Assist Account Managers with ongoing data management and reporting Job Requirements Proficiency with CRM tools (Vantive preferred) Familiarity with HVAC equipment and terminology Experience with data analytics and reporting tools Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bids and proposals Experience with gathering and packaging bids for construction projects Preferred Skills Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with reporting software such as Actuate

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
