A **Construction Bid Coordinator** plays a critical role in the pre-construction phase of construction projects. They are responsible for managing and organizing the process of preparing, submitting, and tracking construction bids. Their primary goal is to ensure that bids are accurate, timely, and complete, which ultimately supports winning contracts for the construction company. **Job Title: Construction Bid Coordinator Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Bid Preparation and Coordination:** o Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to prepare and organize bid documents. o Review bid specifications, plans, and other related documents to ensure understanding of project requirements. o Request quotes and gather information from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. o Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather relevant data for bid submissions. 2. **Proposal Management** : o Draft, proofread, and finalize proposal documents, ensuring they are complete and adhere to the client’s requirements. o Create and maintain an accurate bid calendar, tracking deadlines and submission schedules. o Organize and compile all required documents such as pricing, schedules, and technical qualifications. 3.
