Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more!

What role will you play?

Support for Bid & Proposal Excellence Team; Management Sales Application related requests, as part of or Sales Support Service Desk: Query, Service Request & partially investigation of Incidents; Tasks will all be managed via ServiceNow requests; Monitor Service now groups and manage wide range of user; All Tasks and processes will be documented, either as part of the transition or already before in our Wiki Page; Specific Tasks | Collaboration / Outlook: Access & Permission Management Tasks (SAP Account Management incl. Quip, SieSales, Ibau. Tableau, Thomas Daily); Permission effectiveness & clean-up tasks; Mass data transactions & Changes; Build & adjust Sales Reports; Management of ACM Requests; Collaboration: Communication mainly via Service Now; Outlook: Ramp-up SME expertise for specific Sales / Salesforce related Applications, Objects and Processes; Support Community Management; Continues improvement Topics in Sales.


We are looking for:

Fluent German and English Skills is a must have (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers); Experience in Application Support; Enjoy working with several Siemens specific IT tools; Experienced with Sales is appreciated; Experienced with ServiceNow is a nice to have; Open to discover new Applications; High Focus on User Satisfaction. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Service Attitude, customer oriented and problem-solving mindset; Strong communication skills (both orally and writing); Strong work ethic - we are always acting in name of Siemens.
