Location: This role is based in London, United Kingdom. It is required that all employees work 50% of the month in the office, including either a Monday or Friday. 

 

What will you do?

Day-to day management, reporting and optimisation of large clients across our UK team but covering clients that run Europe wide too. Develop a working knowledge of all forms of search engine and social media marketing, and the applicable technology and campaign management platforms. Competently and confidently produce client ready reports Build an understanding of the client’s marketing objectives Build relationships with key media owners and publishers Help in preparing client performance review presentations Management of tracking, trafficking and bid management through appropriate tools (e.g: SA360, Campaign Manager, Marin, etc.). Help in preparing client performance review presentations Provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations Coordinate and distribute regular status reports Keep clients and account team updated on the status of account activities Be able to manage and prioritise assigned tasks understanding the importance behind projects or asking for clarification Work with the Software Engineer to build script and tools to automate biddable workflow and advance optimisation and performance of Biddable campaigns using APIs, Python, and AWS

Effectively manage client expectations. Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well. Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility. Positively represent Mediahub at all times.

Use your personal passion and creativity to help develop intelligent, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your clients. Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetings. 

 

About You

Passionate about media & communications; you see how biddable media can make a real difference to a client and their objectives. Interest in digital media. Confident using Excel and working with numbers. Adaptable to learning new technologies and tools. Good attention to detail.
