Biddable Media Programmatic (Local) Associate Manager
A part of the Inspire Biddable In-House Team, the local biddable team manages Localized Paid Programmatic Media campaigns for Inspire Brands across +30 designated market areas. This is a “hands-on-keys” role that is responsible for building programmatic display & video campaigns, placing all trades within our various DSPs and optimizing campaigns to deliver improved performance. This role requires careful in-platform management & financial stewardship for our brands. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Programmatic Activation/Trading + Develop innovative, localized programmatic approaches to drive guests into local restaurants, while managing separation from national campaign in partnership with National social team + Serve as the key hands-on-keys programmatic trader, managing programmatic campaigns on a market-by-market basis + Execute programmatic campaigns from start to finish; setup, implementation, optimizations, reporting + Analyze campaign data and optimize towards brand KPI’s and effectiveness + Continually evaluate programmatic strategies and identify testing opportunities + Build and source audiences relevant for each campaign + Proactively monitor campaign activity for delivery, ad quality, and performance + Attend and actively participate in regular status meetings (both internal and external) to help prioritize deliverables, takeaways/next steps and timelines with Managers + Produce and present engaging campaign analysis to internal brand teams + Manage the reporting and financial management for programmatic campaigns across the portfolio + Demonstrate a “big picture” understanding of brands marketing strategy and the role programmatic plays + Agency and Cross-Functional Internal Teams Collaboration + Partner with internal & agency media analytics team to measure impact of ongoing campaigns and overall plan + Partner with National Inspire team to ensure clear separation exists between National & Local investment + Participate in Programmatic Team meetings, workshops, QBR’s, & best practice development + Partner with Media Strategy & Planning and Agency Planning teams to develop a learning agenda and testing roadmap based on the brands objectives, insights, and key challenges **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS** + Required Minimum: Bachelor’s degree + 2 – 5 years of relevant experience executing digital ad campaigns + Local media campaign experience a plus but not required + Hands on keyboard experience within a multichannel DSP (DV360, Yahoo!, TTD etc.) + Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasks + Account budget management through daily/weekly pacing, monthly and yearly goals **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES** + Ability to deliver results + Strong attention to detail + Excellent project management skills (proficiency in Excel/PPT will be key) + Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Ability to lead and influence others + Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor + Passion for the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations.
