• Cost Estimation: Work closely with project managers and finance teams to develop accurate cost estimates and ensure pricing strategies align with business goals.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all required documents and certifications are accurately prepared and submitted according to client specifications and industry regulations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various internal and external teams to gather the necessary information and approvals for bids.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to understand their needs and enhance future bidding opportunities.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze bid performance and success rates to refine and improve future bidding strategies.
• Negotiation Support: Assist the sales team in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts and agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Procurement, or related field.
• Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or procurement (3-5 years preferred).
