Analyze, develop tender strategies and handle tenders and contracts with customers and commercial partners while ensuring quality and legal compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop tender strategies for the assigned area • Provide guidance to sales mgrs and reps to manage effectively bids and tenders, lead improvement projects • Develop improved processes based on Identified opportunities for innovations/optimization • Perform complex data analysis and generate reports • Remains up to date with local and regional tender requirements (legal requirements within MedTech) • Act as a Quality and compliance specialist for the local organization (ISO, SOX, SOPs, internal/external controls) • Perform Tender identification and assessment • Perform Tender submission, outcome analysis and contract handling • Accountable for productivity and quality metrics of staff, and provide regular standard progress reports and quality metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders • May provide guidance and coaching to more junior level team members • Other incidental duties as assigned. **Education and Experience:** Bachelor's Degree in related field, 5 years of previous analytical experience including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing Required **Additional Skills:** • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills • Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
