Currently we are lookig for Bids & Tenders Specialist responsible for:

Preparation, completion and maintenance of documentation necessary to participate in tendersResponsibility for the preparation and timely placing  the offerTaking care of the proper flow of tender documents and its subsequent archivingPreparation of contracts/annexes/price offersCommunication with tender departments  of public hospitals in PolandVerifying the contractual provisions, correspondence regarding proceedings with the hospitalsCooperation with the company's internal departments in the handling of proceedingsHigh quality tenders database creation  Ongoing monitoring of results and reacting to changes, including the preparation of mitigation plan

Requirements:

Higher education, preferably in the areas of/law/public procurement/administrationExperience in working in a similar position (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry / hospital, pharmaceutical wholesaler) will be an additional assestKnowledge of tender processes and regulations and document management processesFluency in  EnglishVery good knowledge of the MS Office packageVery good organization of own work, independence, proactivity, great attention to details,Focus on delivery - Ability to prioritize under pressure and meet tight deadlinesWillingness to constantly improve  qualifications and the ability to absorb new information/learn quicklyProactive and solution oriented. Strong analytical skillsEase of communication  in speech and writing
