Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish/English-Customer Service Representative in CHICAGO, Illinois. The role involves supporting our contact center by servicing customers through inbound/outbound calls and emails. As a representative, you will be expected to excel in communication, demonstrate attention to detail, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through incoming telephone calls in a high-volume contact center environment
• Handle callers' requests efficiently, accurately, and professionally, ensuring timeliness and ownership
• Build rapport quickly and respond to customers compassionately, exceeding expectations consistently
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries
• Maintain performance and quality standards while providing a positive phone experience for our customers
• Learn the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and the products we offer to our customers
• Collaboratively work with team members and business partners to enhance the customer experience
• Respond to special requests and complete additional tasks and duties as assigned
• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems
• Work scheduled shifts, with the potential for overtime and weekend work as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Operations and Research methods
• Experience with Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Familiarity with Insurance industry practices
• Proficiency in using the 'About Time' software
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Hiring Processes
• Experience in Revenue Accounting
• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Understanding of Property management principles
• Demonstrated Collaboration skills
• Basic to intermediate Computer Skills
• Willingness to work Onsite
• Strong Decision-Making abilities
• Experience in Underwriting
• Knowledge of Salary Structures
• Ability to work effectively with Business Partners.
