Supporting Accounting Manager and Departmental Operations

a)

Supports the Operations Department and the Accounting Manager to ensure smooth accounting process

b)

Supports the Operations Department and the Accounting Manager to complete the payments and billing activities

related to logistics operations

c)

Supports the Accounting Manager to ensure that all general ledger accounting functions as well as month-end, quarter-

end, and

year-end close responsibilities are completed timely for all accounting teams through collaborating and communicating

deadlines

d)

Assists with the confirmation of sales revenue

e)

Follos USA GAAP and operational compliance requirements as necessary

f)

Manages and reports cash flow, bank transaction, and cash disbursement to management
