Bilingual Admin Assistant (Japanese)


As a Bilingual (Japanese and English) Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the smooth operation of various departments by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. The primary focus of this position is supporting the onboarding of new Japan staff for the NC and OH offices, as well as managing company vehicle orders and tracking. This role also involves document preparation, organizing records and documentation, and compiling data for reports. You will be part of a collaborative team that ensures the administrative needs of the department are met efficiently.

Bilingual Admin Assistant (Japanese) Details:

Contract to Hire position$25.00 to $26.00 /hourFirst ShiftSupport onboarding for new Japan staff, specifically for NC and OH officesTrack and manage company vehicle orders Prepare documents and coordinate basic administrative tasksCollect and compile records and documentation, maintaining organized files Assist in the creation of standard and custom reports for decision-making purposesProvide administrative support as needed across various departments

Bilingual Admin Assistant (Japanese) Qualifications:

5+ years of on-the-job experience Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties.Experience in document preparation, data collection, and report generation. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Ability to support department-specific needs as described in the job request.
