BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Come join our team! The Alpha Group, a successful staffing agency located in Norton, MA, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who is bilingual in Spanishr. The Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for performing employment verifications on all incoming applicants to The Alpha Group. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will work with the Sales Team to post all current job openings on various job boards. The Alpha Group is seeking a detail-oriented multi-tasker who is looking to work in a fast-paced office!
The hours for the Administrative Assistant position are Monday - Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant
- Provide exemplary administrative support to the busy Sales Team at the front desk
- meet and greet any walk ins or appointments
- Speak with various companies via phone to verify applicants' previous employment history
- Communicate with Sales Manager regarding new job openings daily
- Create and edit job postings on The Alpha Group website, CareerBuilder, DET, and Craigslist
- Create resumes for applicants as needed
- Edit and create various memos and letters for in-house staff, field employees, current clients, and perspective clients
- Speak with applicants over the phone regarding any new job openings in which they are interested
- Answer questions as they relate to payroll or hours worked
- Effectively utilize MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Perform all other projects as assigned by President or Sales Manager
Qualifications of Bilingual Administrative Assistant
- Must have close attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must be able to interact politely and professionally with companies over the phone
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Must be flexible, and be able to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent organizational skills is a must
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment
