Job Summary: As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts owed to our clients. You will work closely with debtors to negotiate repayment plans, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain accurate records of all collection activities. Key Responsibilities: + Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts. + Contact debtors via phone, email, or mail to discuss overdue payments. + Negotiate repayment plans and payment schedules with debtors. + Utilize various tracing methods to locate debtors who cannot be contacted. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities. + Process payments and refunds as necessary. + Collaborate with the legal department or external collections agencies when required. + Provide excellent customer service to resolve collection issues and discrepancies. + Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. #prioritywest25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
