Bilingual Call Center Representative

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Rep. to provide service and support to our customers. This individual interacts with customers to provide information in response to customer inquiries and handle/resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
+ Respond to inbound calls from members regarding Medicare and Medicaid benefits, eligibility, and coverage
+ Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and assist with enrollment processes
+ Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
+ Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
+ Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
+ Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements:
+ 1 year of recent experience in customer service in a healthcare or insurance setting
+ Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and processes required
+ Comfortable in fast paced environment with inbound and outbound calls
+ Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
+ Strong organization skills as you are given various scripts to follow for calls
+ High school diploma required
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English
+ Covid-19 Vaccine required, no exceptions
