Position Summary:
The Call Center Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our credit union members. You will assist members by answering inquiries about accounts, loans, and services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Handle inbound calls from members, addressing inquiries related to accounts, loan applications, and general banking services.
+ Assist members with troubleshooting online banking and mobile app issues.
+ Provide information on credit union products, such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment services.
+ Resolve member concerns and escalate issues as necessary to ensure member satisfaction.
+ Document member interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
+ Participate in cross-training to develop skills across all service areas.
+ Educate members on effective ways to manage their accounts.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience is ideal.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
+ Ability to learn and navigate multiple databases while service the customer.
