Bilingual Care Coordinator

Overview:
WJCS is currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Care Coordinator to work with youth, ages 0-21, throughout Westchester County, who are impacted primarily by mental health needs and/or medical needs that are affecting their ability to function successfully at home, school, and in the community.
This full-time position has a compensation range of $50,000-$55,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Coordinating the care for the youth by working closely with a wide range of providers and family members.
+ Providing case management services to youth/adolescents/young adults, providing crisis intervention and engaging in prevention services as necessary.

Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree with two years’ experience working with children/adolescents or a Master’s Degree with one year experience.
+ Ability to work with youth, adolescents and young adults who are impacted by mental health challenges, and/or medical needs.
+ A driver’s license and vehicle are required.
+ Bi-lingual (Spanish) required.
