\nDHL Express currently has an opening for a Bilingual CARM Customer Support Intern (3 month contract)  in our facility in Brampton, ON..

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

\n\n

\n\nRegular professional interaction with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide support \n\tPrepare documents, presentations and data to accurately display findings\n\tReach out to customers who have not met CARM requirements and ensure they take the necessary actions in a timely manner\n\tEscalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or higher management\n\tManage and prioritize multiple customer cases and accounts at once\n\tProvide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes.\n\tIdentify patterns or recurring issues and propose solutions to ensure customer compliance with CARM \n\tRecognize potential compliance risks and providing proactive solution\n\tAccurately review and process information, ensuring that all tasks are completed with precision\n\n\n

Do you have what it takes?

\n\n

\n\nPrevious experience in customs, import/export, or logistics is mandatory, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and processes\n\tBe able to communicate in French and English (MANDATORY)\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\n\tAbility to explain complex customs processes to customers in simple terms\n\tStrong attention to Detail\n\tStrong flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and handle a dynamic work environment\n\tKnowledge of CARM processes, requirements, and familiarity with Canadian customs regulations and import requirements\n\tPrior experience in customer support roles, especially in a complex, regulatory environment, is preferred \n\tExperience in formal customs clearance processes is also a strong advantage\n\n\n
