Devereux (TFC in Rutland, MA) has an immediate opening for a Bi-Lingual Foster Care Case Coordinator.
$1,000 Sign on Bonus
Base pay starting at $20.06 - $23.87hour, additional compensation for higher education/experience in the field.
2 weeks Paid Orientation Training
Hybrid position working in the field/remote. Monthly in-office meetings.
As a Case Coordinator you will supervise a caseload of foster homes and children served to provide variety of services to support them. Average caseload is 10 cases. You will also serve as liaison between the proctor parents, school, biological parents and other collateral agencies as appropriate. Home visits and on-call rotation are also part of the responsibilities.
This Case Coordinator role will work with families served between the Rutland and West Springfield offices.

Valid Drivers License21 years of age or olderBA or BS in Human Services related field requiredBi-lingual English/Spanish preferredAt least two (2) years of related experience with children and families preferredYou must be able to attend a New Hire Orientation M-W in Rutland, 8am - 4pmMust be a licensed social worker (LSWA or higher) OR able to successfully obtain licensure within 6 months of hireAfter orientation the schedule would remain Monday - Friday, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, on-call weekend rotation every 8-10 weeks. 4 day work week available to review during interview.
