Bilingual English-Spanish preferred

Responsibilities:

Match, assign, and schedule caregivers based on skill level, availability, and customer requirementsProvide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their familiesReceive and process incoming requests for new home care servicesEnsure compliance with all regulatory, as well as, internal policies and procedures

Requirements:
