Bilingual Client Service Representative
Job Description: + Answer incoming phone calls. + Answer and greet customers at the door. + Scan various files into the computer system. + Provide exceptional customer service by greeting families in person from time to time. + Monitor schedules and conference room time blocks to ensure smooth operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Bilingual in Spanish and English. + 2+ years customer service experience. + Ability to work on a computer (double monitor) and take phone calls (30 calls per day). + Ability to communicate with various types of people - families in need, multi-million dollar stakeholders, internal teams, etc. + Strong technical skills and familiarity with Google Drive. Work Environment: + Onsite M-F + Hours are 7:45am-3:45pm Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
