Bilingual Collections Representative
Job Title: Collections Representative About Us: Join our dynamic team of collections representatives, where we pride ourselves on our customer service orientation and our willingness to work with our customers. We currently have a team of 25 collectors and are looking to expand by hiring 2-3 more dedicated individuals. Job Description: As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for working with customers to collect on accounts. You will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including utilities companies and hospitals like the University of Utah. Our team operates on an even playing field, where the more accounts you resolve, the more accounts you get. With about 1000 clients, including 50 regulars and 10 big accounts, you will have the chance to build strong relationships with clients through direct lines and callbacks. Key Responsibilities: + Manage a queue of accounts and ensure timely collections. + Build and maintain relationships with clients through direct communication. + Adhere to policies regarding voice messages and emails. + Utilize dual monitors and multi-task effectively by talking on the phone and taking notes in internal systems simultaneously. Skills and Qualifications: + Strong customer service skills, with experience in CSR, collections, call center, inbound and outbound calls. + Comfortable using dual monitors and multi-tasking. + Strong attendance and punctuality. + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the overall success of the team.
