Job Title: Bilingual Cooking Supervisor
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Cooking Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Production General Manager and be responsible for driving the cooking department's results through effective resource management, adherence to safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and regulatory compliance.

ResponsibilitiesPrioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments to ensure the production of products meets customer specifications, company quality standards, and customer delivery requirements.Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, safety standards, and product quality.Train, coach, and involve employees; appraise performance; offer praise and hold accountable; address complaints and resolve problems.Oversee and review all required paperwork, reports, and documentation.Coordinate the production planning process with other departments for downtime for PM and Work Order completion.Actively participate in cross-functional teams for the continuous improvement of methods and processes.Ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and local safety and sanitation regulations and employment issues.Ensure proper upkeep of equipment; address and resolve problems; initiate work orders for repairs.Maintain a high level of completion of quality initiatives for the plant such as CAPA Completion, SQF Preparedness, HAACP Awareness, and GMP’s.Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.Report to work on time and work overtime as required.Oversee the production process from the entry of raw materials to the exit of finished goods.Perform all other duties as assigned.Lead by example to create and maintain a workplace culture that engages and motivates associates at all levels.Communicate and develop relationships across all levels and functions of the organization to support overall business success.Essential Skills3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing.Demonstrated ability to direct, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 associates daily.Ability to make sound decisions regarding resource utilization and needs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.Familiarity with ERP systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsWork extended days and/or weekends with flexibility to switch shifts as required.Aptitude for teambuilding and employee engagement.Results-oriented and process improvement focused.Highly organized, self-starter that can work with little direct supervision.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role involves supervising a team of up to 20 hourly associates in a food manufacturing environment. You will work extended days and/or weekends with flexibility to switch shifts as required. The work environment emphasizes safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards, and involves using Microsoft Office, PC, and ERP systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Arlington, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $58240.00

Work Hours (Swing Shift): 3pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday
