Job Description
An operations and maintenance company for residential water and wastewater facilities is seeking a Customer Care Representative. With your strong communication skills, you will profoundly impact the organization by managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
•    Effectively manage a large number of incoming customer calls
•    Identify and address needs to achieve customer satisfaction
•    Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and practices
Qualifications and Requirements:
•    Customer Care/Call Center Experience required
•    Strong phone contact handling and effective listening skills
•    Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

The base pay range for this position is $15.50 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
