Findyour place in service on #TeamAmex **How will you make an impact in this role?** An account protection specialist will be focused in detecting, preventing and stopping possible losses for our organization through account analysis and charge validations. Also, responsible for proving or declining charges requested by establishments or colleagues who are assisting our customers while traveling or in an emergency situation, through detailed analysis in order to prevent possible fraud **Qualifications** - Fully bilingual (Advanced english) and adaptability different communication styles - Regulation and policy knowledge, understanding and complying. - Digital dexterity: Navigate between screens, system knowledge, Outlook, Office, etc. - High analysis capacity and risk evaluation - Adaptability and flexibility to work in dynamic environments - Highly committed - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills - Schedule flexibility - Detailed oriented. - Ability to work under pressure. - Proactivity - Excellent customer service We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
