About the role:

As a Carrier Services Coordinator, you are responsible for providing unparalleled service to TQL’s transportation partners. You will work alongside the best Customer Service team in the industry, receiving phone calls to assist TQL carriers with any problems or questions.

What you’ll be doing:

\n\nProvide excellent customer service to TQL’s carrier base\nHelp resolve shipping issues with a high level of professionalism\nWork with insurance companies to verify expiration dates for cargo and liability insurance\nDocument and manage all tasks in our internal systems\nCommunicate directly with the sales team when necessary
