Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00am to 05:15pm)Providing great customer service via phone, email, and text messages.Research and resolve member questions and problems regarding their accounts, payment, and other services.Identify member needs and cross-sell products and servicesCommunicate in English and Spanish Data entry in the database, Excel, word, and other software.Bilingual Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in English & Spanish and be able to communicate verbally and in writingPrevious customer service in banking, office, insurance, or call center is requiredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust have outstanding customer service skillsProficient in MS Word, and Excel is required Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
